Bag Storage
Fremantle Prison provides locked storage facilities for school bags free of charge. Please ensure you allow time to store any bags prior to the start of your tour.
Food and Beverage
The Convict Cafe, located inside the Prison's Gatehouse provides healthy school lunch pack options:
- $6 per student for sandwich platter and juice box each
- $2 per student for ice-cream token
To avoid delays it is recommended that these options be ordered at the time of making your school tour booking.
If your students require food on the day please order this before your tour commences so it can be ready for collection on completion of your tour.
Lunch Areas
Groups are welcome to use the grassed area of the Terrace gardens in front of the Prison. An undercover area, including seating for up to 60 is provided inside the Gatehouse.
First Aid
First aid points are located throughout the Prison precinct.
All staff are fully trained in the provision of basic first aid.
